Termination of Agreement in relation to (the "Premises") dated

We refer to the above Tenancy Agreement (the "Agreement") between as the Landlord and us as the Tenant. Terms otherwise not defined below shall have the same meaning as the Agreement.

In accordance with clause of the Agreement which stipulates for early termination due to , we hereby notify you that we are exercising our rights to terminate the on  ("Termination Date").

We will pay the rent as well as water, electricity and other utilities until the Termination Date.  You as the Landlord shall refund the security deposit to us on the Termination Date.

We will vacate the Premises and hand over the keys to the Landlord on the Termination Date. After such transfer and payment of utilities, neither the Landlord nor the Tenant shall have any claim against one another.
